By using FileConvertly ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use FileConvertly only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: upload files containing illegal content, malware, or viruses; upload copyrighted content you don't have rights to; use automated bots to abuse the Service; attempt to overload or hack our servers; upload child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strictly prohibited and reported to authorities.
We provide automated file conversion. We do not guarantee every file will convert successfully. Always keep a copy of your originals — we are not responsible for data loss during conversion.
Uploaded files are deleted immediately after conversion. Output files are automatically deleted within 10 minutes. You are responsible for downloading your converted file before it is purged.
To ensure fair use for all users, we enforce rate limits on conversion requests. Attempting to circumvent rate limits is prohibited.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileConvertly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You represent that you own the files you upload or have all necessary rights to convert them. FileConvertly does not claim ownership over any files you upload.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
